Johnson County VINE Notifications
VINE lets users check custody status and register for automated notifications. Kentucky DOC says registration can use phone numbers and email addresses, and the offender does not know the user is registered. Phone registration uses a four-digit PIN to verify receipt. Johnson County Inmate Money
BSRDC's commissary page says a person who wants to fund an inmate account through TouchPay must email administrator@bsrdc.com with the inmate name, the name as it appears on the card used for deposit, gender, relationship to the inmate, and address.
